Background

Howdy, I’m Quade Brown, founder of BrownCo Estate Operations. I was raised in Salado, Texas, and I’m proud to call this community home. As a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Motor Behavior (Class of 2022—Gig ’em!), I carry with me the core values of excellence, integrity, leadership, loyalty, respect, and selfless service.

Before starting BrownCo, I worked as a high school teacher and coached football and track. Those years taught me the importance of connection, mentorship, and discipline—lessons I now bring into my work every day. Helping people succeed and caring earnestly about the details comes naturally to me, whether it's teaching students, coaching athletes, or managing estate operations.

When I’m not working, you can probably find me outdoors and spending time with friends. I enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, and watching or participating in almost any sport. I’m a spirited fan of teams like the University of Houston, University of Wyoming, and of course, Texas A&M.
